Please see this good article in Southwark news on the public meeting to consider the three initial proposals for the Leisure Centre and recording the "overwhelming insistence on the community requirement to keep a pool" which I would agree came across very strongly at the meeting.

Camberwell needs a renovated swimming pool for the use by the whole of the community. We shouldn't accept anything less.
